Thanks Rossei for your email. I received the approval for application to sponsor last week. The letter is dated May 13, 2016 stating that the application has been forwarded to New Delhi office. No request received for medical yet. Sorry i tried to update the spreadsheet but it does not allow me.

I don't see a posting yet. However, available balance is showing lower by 1100. Not sure if card was charged yesterday evening or today. I last checked at 3 pm yesterday and nothing was chrged then. But when checked today morning the available balance is lower.

I just checked and my available credit is reduced by 1100. I used purolator and my application was submitted at 8:45 AM on Jan 2 (atleast that's what purolator says). Good luck to every one

Just to be on the safe side i called l my bank to inform them about the upcoming charge and they made a note of it. Nothing has been charged yet. My application was delivered on Jan 2 at 8:45 AM.

Rossei/Xenon, What are you guys using for payment method - Is bank draft same as certified cheque. I am confused as my bank told me they are different.

Not sure if this is correct. If you do a google search it says - A certified check or certified cheque is a form of check for which the bank verifies that sufficient funds exist in the account to cover the check, and so certifies, at the time the check is written. Those funds are then set aside...

Is the fee payment has to be certified cheque or can it be done by Demand Draft also. I went to my bank today and they said for certfied cheque i will need to bring my own cheque and the bank will certify it which is different from the demand draft which is issued directly by the bank. The...

I faced the same situation and cannot type in the text box for Q17

The document checklist does not mention to submit photos anywhere. If it was needed it would say so e.g. if you look at the document checklist for visitor visa, it clearly says 2 photos and also mentions the specifications for it. So my understanding is you don't need to submit it now.

If the supporting document e.g. Marriage Certificate/Birth Certificate is already in English. Do you still need to get the photocopy certified. If i understand the instructions correctly, it only asks for certified copy in case the document is not in English/French. In the Financial Evaluation...
