    Congrats. I think your wife needs to email CIC now and ask them how her husband (you) can submit your passport as he is in India? I think she will receive reply within a week for your visa office change to New Delhi visa office.

    I have the same timeline PP sent on 22nd aug cic received on 23th aug file approved and closed on 31st Aug Tracker is not activated yet

    :) :) Lots of good news finally. I called spoke with a Rude OK lady. "Sir passport was received on 30th bal bla bla we cant confirm when they will sent back". LOLOLOLOL

    Mine got approved and closed from 31st as well. Tracker not activated yet. I think we all should get our trackers activated before this Friday.

    May be Visa office have sent it and person (delivery boy at CIC ) does the dispatching procedure drives to Canada post location it in the evening. We should all wait and check in the evening.
