Mine is from Hong Kong to CINCINNATI, OH - USA; then to Ontario Canada; then to Nova Scotia Canada (I sent it on 27 Mar; arrive on 31 Mar but 29 & 30 Mar was Sat and Sun which office was not opened)

My package is delivered by DHL today, signed by M CHSMAN. I haven't seen this name before, what I saw here was usually signed by A Parker... will that be a problem??

It sounds to me that applicants here do not really want to move to NS, just want to go to Canada, using NS as a stepping stone ... ?! If don't really want to move to NS, why waste the quota for those who really really wants to stay in NS permantely?? Why NS starts this program? Coz local...
