We were told by our representative, Rounak Koukia, that our file was sent on August 2017. We believed her till May of 2018 after talking to IRCC agents about our file. Apparently our file was sent on February 2018. I currently have nothing thanks to that. We even have a GCMS and saw the dates when she signed our application which was on December 2017. I am just hoping I get my permanent residence soon already, and make up for the loss of time and money.
