Ako sis nagpass din ng pic since may nka attched na appendix b, 2pcs lang pinadala ko tho wala nman advice kung ilan, pero enough na daw yun according sa mga previous applicants.:) no need to write anything on the back na daw. And dami ng in process ngayon sis.. Nakakaexcite! :D

Yes sis nilagay ko sa brown envelope, then at the back sa upper left i put my name, address and file number.. then sa gitna nilagay ko yung address na binigay nila. :)
