I was asked to submit old passport along with current passport. As my old passport was los I submitted the FIR copy along with the current passport and there was no further inquiry from CHC delhi in this regard.If CHC has not asked you for old passport, do not send it.

For education in Canada which one is required TOEFL or IELTS ?

FIR is a important document in case of lost passport.Lodge FIR immediately and inform CHC along with a copy of FIR.

I send my passport on 27/07/09 and on 17/08/09 my eECAS changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made".

In my case I got my ECAS changed after 3 weeks. You can expect after 3-4 weeks.
