Someone told me ircc sent a representative to her officd to verify a staff employment history. She said they came with a printed copy of his introduction letter and asked to see HR. I don't believe her but can it be true.

I applied for study visa and I told them the source of my funds were from my salary and my business account which I showed proof of my business name I read somewhere in Nigeria law that as a civil servant I am not suppose to be director of a business. Would that affect my visa application?

Yes it is and I got a letter from the bank stating I am the sole signatory to the acct.
