TRUONGAN, I just sent an email to a local MP regarding my situation. Are you sure they will be able to grant me PR without my Passport and COPR? I sure do want to have the PR status at the local office as well. I am not very scared of mailing anything out or using CanadaPost.

I spoke to my postman, all the post offices closed by my place. Canada post has started the investigation for me. My passport and landing paper is now officially LOST.

On Canada post tracking system, it says it has been delivered to my home address. However, I did not get my passport back. :o Possibility lost in transit :'( I made the claim to canada post already. I still haven't received my PP, and I still have no PP and no land paper.
