I have been unable to get hold of an agent due to high volume calls :( Passport Received - July 10th Application Approved - August 1st Tracker - Still inactive!!!!! I am shocked that people who have got approval between August 2nd - 4th have already received their passports. :mad:

I am in the same situation! CEC-Inland, Passport delivered on July 12 and approved on August 1st. Tracker still inactive and they are not accepting calls due to high volume. So frustrated! :(

You were told that your passport was received on 20th although it was delivered on 10th. I am in the same situation, mine was delivered on 12th but the agent told me that they received it on 21st. I guess they are randomly sending out packages for processing.

July 12 - Delivered No update yet! Not even approval. :| Who else is on the same page? eh
