All senior members I did not get info from above case. Can some one please tell me in simple words.... All I am getting from the post is that if a sponsor leaves Canada after sponsoring it creates problem... is it like that ?

They need 5 PP size photographs and that should be of Canadian format if you are pakistani. An additional pic will be required if you skip your X-Rays due to some reason.
