The Annex A is at the bottom of your PPR email. Your account number is on it so its specific to you.

I just checked my tracker and its in Calgary now. Did you get normal mail or express?

It means you should get your landing done before june 2017. I intend to visit my family in feb and return in april, so my landing would be in april. if you plan to flagpole or travel do so before june 2017. Once the landing is done you get you PR card in mail(can take upto 3 months)

Dont worry about that part. Its the Copr which they'll return your passport with. Just send your passport, 2 photos and annex A filled out. I attached a copy of the email as well(though you dont need to). I was just paranoid haha

My file was assigned to BB01127 as well. I got my DM Dec 05 and PPR Dec 08. Im August 24 applicant. Dont worry you should here soon about yours too =)

Congrats. Thats great news. I sent mine on Dec 8 and reached Ottawa Dec 9. Return tracker is not activated yet though. Hopefully tomorrow =))
