I heard that london is really good place for raising your kids and weather is better than other places, close to toronto and usa. No pollution. I just want to go and see what it looks like :)

you can get "not found " certificate from birth registration authority (municipality/govt hospital) it will cost 12 rupees :). its not a certificate but a piece of paper just like a receipt and ask them to provide a copy in english. attach your voter card, if you have one (i didnt). affidavit...

yes you can send them another form with correct date. dont forget to write your UCI, Name, date of birth on the envelope.

You can not do anything before you get any reply from CIC. BTW we also did same mistake, I wrote wrong year for my marriage (2010 instead of 2011) but there was no problem. i hope they can understand and you will go through smoothly best of luck :)
