I sent mine to NY, probably because its closer to me. Just send passports (me and spouse), CIC letters requesting passports and USPS express mail envelope. Everything was sent in a single envelope. You should be able to locate NY address from the link provided in passport request letter

Its case to case basis. Took 4 days for me when i applied in Jan 2014.

My passport reached NY on Tuesday and were with USPS on Wednesday and in my hands on Thursday.

Thats what i sent to NY office. Just these three items.

I applied on 31 Jan and sent my passports on 8th Feb

They received my passport on a Tuesday and it was in mail on Wednesday. Pretty quick for me.

It means you need to send your passport for visa stamping. They must receive the passport within 30 days of sending that letter. Follow the link in PDF for address and instructions about where to send it.

i sent mine and my wife's in same envelope. I live in Detroit, so i sent them to NY. They were quite quick. Put both letters, passports and return envelope (i used priority express for return) and send it to NY. No fees. No other document

I live in Detroit so i sent them to NY. I did somewhere that LA is faster but i wasnt in a hurry. All i sent was my passports, approval letter and Priority Express envelope for return. You can send it to either.
