Send whatever proof you have of the fingerprints given to IRCC using webform then call IRCC let them know that RCMP sent the fingerprints.

Yup almost a month since last update which was background check completed. :(

Np! :) Check you DM, I sent them there. Even though only info needed from the letter is really the application number and UCI which you should already have. But the person taking my fingerprints asked me for the letter and also the letter itself says to bring it with you during the appointment.

I gave biometrics for PR application and was required fingerprints. I believe fingerprints are different from biometrics. Fingerprint requests are for checking criminal record but biometrics are used as a record of identification.
