What if the unaccompanied spouse is already in Canada, should he or she remain their until the sponsor spouse put in the application to file for the unaccompanied spouse PR?

How long do you have to wait for your spouse to sponsor you after your spouse received his/her PR? Because you were put as non-accompanied spouse on your spouse application.

I just send it in but I already got an ITA

If you waiting on a USA police record can you still go ahead and send in you PR application?

If you are already in Canada on a post graduate work permit and working. However, your ITA is under FSW. Do you still have to show proof of funds even though you are already in Canada working?

If a family member went up on a visitor visa and overstayed but their spouse got an ITA but didnt add them as accompanied spouse because of marital problems. Can the spouse sponsor them in the future if they sort out their marital problems?

She have to prove funds for everyone even if we are not accompanying her?

Can she use her T4 plus her bank statement?

She was nominated under federal skill worker.

My spouse get an ITA however, she is on a post graduate work permit and also currently in a job. Do she still have to show funds in her account to support her family? Or is there another way to show proof of funds other than having the physical cash in her account?
