That is really a BAD BAD Decision.please do not leave your current job unless you got a new job in Canada. You can get a JOB once you are a PR. so make the decision wisely .

The PR Card has to be sent to the mailing address you mentioned. to verify they used to ask the proof of address.

it wont take more than 2-3 weeks. bangalore used process very fast. so she should have received within 14 days

you should break you stay in two different rows in the application of travel history like YYYY-MM-01 to YYYY-MM-04 ---> France then your country then again France.

You are not going to enter USA... USA Immigration officer will refuse you to enter USA since you dont have a VIsa.. tell him/her that you wanna land as a Canada PR so they will provide you a Flag of poll form and take that come back to canada border give to the Canadian immigration officer that...

it is lesser than 6 months so you dont need it. the country you stayed more than 6 months only need a PCC
