Oath completed @ 12:30 e-certificate available at 2pm

I got my e-certificate already it took an hour. I told them when I was cutting my PR card that I am travelling in 3 weeks. I guess they rushed it? I am walking in tomorrow morning to passport office to get my passport with express service.

That sounds good. My Oath is Today and I have trip planned for end of Feb hopefully the certificate arrives in time. Mine is Vancouver too.

I got the same request today. I had everything they requested so I replied right away and I also attached my i94 travel summary from cbp's website as I have only been to USA in the eligibility period just to speed up the process for them.

Apply for e-visa don't go through BLS for visa. It will take much longer. E-Visa's are cheaper and are much faster. It is taking less than week and for some a day to get there e-visa.

everybody here say this is Vancouver. But email subject said Edmonton in it.

I see quite few people who gave test on Dec 4 myself included are getting their portal updated with test marked as complete today.
