Hi, AOR is dated 14-Oct-2021 Citizenship test was marked Completed on 05 August 2022. Background Verification that was previously showing Completed since 06-Jul-2022 was changed to In progress on 08-Feb-2023. All other sections are also In progress. Can anyone guide me what to do?

My ECAS status is showing 7th line as "7-Medical results have been received." Line-7 was updated in July-2015, since then there has been no updates. It has been almost 5 months. I am getting worried. What should I do??? :(
