I received the oath invite today, for a ceremony on March 3! Update isn't reflected on ecas which is a bit odd, I received the notice via email.

Hi, checked status on ecas today, now on DM. Took the exam on December 9.

Question - did you send in your application as a rush application? Just curious about the typical wait times between the citizenship exam, DM and oath ceremony. Most seem to have a 2-3 month wait in between DM and oath, but I've seen some others with just a day in between. Thanks!

No, we didn't. It seems like it's a normal consequence though, and that it's happened to a bunch of people. The more I'm researching about this, the more I read that this is actually a common occurrence. No way around it, I suppose. :( Thanks!

Yes, although yung VAC consent form ako na mismo nag print at nag sign. Yung 2 ID photos, make sure blanko yung isa ha, one lang may stamp. :)

Salamat! Submitted passport December 19, then nagemail and text VFS nung January 6 na endorsed na to courier. Dumating passport hapon ng January 7. :D
