Yes you can do that and panel physician can be done from any where but how will you get visit visa and if they come to know that you are permanently there what will be consequences. Ok even you received a visa you have to exit and come back as landed immigrant you should have landing papers...

But if you show that you are Canadian Exclusively residing outside Canada you don't need to show option C printout. but if you show that you are living in Canada then give your Canadian Address.

You have to show recent Taxation as I think its done in March. so that mean you need option C printout from 2013. :)

It depends from where you will show you are living if you are living in Saudi so obviously they will ask to cancel GCC residency as soon as PR request and you can apply from Abu Dhabi visa Office. If you will apply through India Visa office then they might be different Case you can show you are...

Dear ZZW, as per our experience non of us who have received PR request received any 2nd AOR just online status changed to IN PROCESS if this is you Case you will be hearing from them 2 - 3 Months as your application is under process now for security clearance and background checks.

Please dont worry I know happened to me as well but after you send them email they will say they have recieved you police clearance please send other documents in order to process.If you have already recieved AOR from Abu Dhabi VO only or else you will are in que.

Dear Just ask Aramex they are officially working with Canadian Embassy Just ask them to give return airway bill as the ripple effect did Its worlwide you can do that i dont know whom you have contacted you need to send airway bill or else it will sent to your Postal code that you dont need.

I dont think service is same for every one you have to pay one way and inform them to add return airway bill which will be paid on recieving of your passport This is what happened with me.
