    It showed the visa details on the tracker a few days later when I had my appointment for passport submission with VFS Global. Not 10 years, it shows till the expiry of my passport which is early 2027.

    Applied online. Currently in UAE, though Pakistani national. Dunno which country office dealt with it. Application submission: 23 Dec 2023. Biometrics: 2 Jan 2024 Final Decision: 15 March 2024; approved. Passport submission letter: 15 March 2024

    Any update on how this turned out? I am going through a similar experience with the Eligibility showing completed and then later showing it as In Progress.
