are you able to download ? I don't see any option to download in PR portal it's status just say "IRCC in Review" and no link to download eCOPR.

I also got eCOPR details on GCKey and it shows application approved but where do I download eCOPR from now ?

@Sowriyab what options do you choose to connect to a IRCC agent. For me whatever options I choose but eventually it says "Unable to transfer to a agent due to high volume of call. Good bye". I have tried several time but not able to speak to agent.

I got my PR cards on 31st March. and I did landing on 14th Feb. But surprisingly CIC sent my PR cards at my lawyer address even if I provide them my home address when I did landing. I called multiple times to CIC and they always said that I will receive PR cards at my home address but not sure...
