I tried calling them multiple times using 2-3-1-0 options to reach to agent, but it says call cannot be transferred to agent due to high volume of calls. what time did you call them ? and what options you selected to reach to agent ?

Any way to check if Passport has been received by Ottawa for visa stamping ? I have sent passports 2 weeks ago, but MYCIC online status still says "additional document requested from you to process your application" how much time they take to return the passports back ?

Hi Yulia Pls update, Medical passed and DM on Aug 22 PPR email received today Aug 30 Question, my parents on a temp visit in US coming back to Canada end of Sep. Is it ok to submit passports after 30 days ? Thanks and good luck to everyone.

Hi All My parents medical was done on 16th July, and when i called Doctor's office this week, they said its submitted. But still no update on ECAS/MYCIC. They also said, results first go to Regional IRCC Doctor, who then sends it to visa officer, is this correct ?

did they ask you to provide details on Schedule A from 18 years of age ?

Yeah, i will provide from 18. but just want to know if this request is usual and anyone else also got it ?
