I attached mine and my wife's job appointment letter, salary slips, PR cards etc. Only thing which could be used against is recent deposit in my dad's account and not attaching property valuation or CA report for that purpose

I have not applied again, but my observation from this forum, and by talking with many other people in contact, I understand that rejection is high.

70% of trv applications are getting rejected at first.

I think because the money in my father's account was recently deposited, the concern of "personal assets and financial status" is because of that. Also, I attached my bank statement (showing only CAD 2000), which was unnecessary.

And is it that they send this letter only on refusal? Because maximum cases on this forum are of those who got correspondence letter and then application refused.

I got a message in the GC account, "validity of your biometric information" I have applied for TRV for my parents, and this letter is in message section for both applications. Any idea what it means?

I applied for my parents on September 7th. Biometrics on sep 11.
