I am non express entry PR applicant. I am currently in India on some family emergency. My PGWP is expiring on 31 March 2024. Can I file for BOWP from India or it can only be filed from Canada? Is there an alternative?

Thank you, this is comforting to hear. One quick question - since we are selecting open work permit and not providing employer details, doesn't it contradict if I mention otherwise in the letter of explanation? I understand the procedural part, but just want to make sure that's the right way.

Thank your for your reply. But I didn’t receive WPSL. I think Ontario doesn’t provide one with masters graduate stream. That’s why my only option is BOWP
