Well i had my interview on Mar 13 2021 and my status still shows in progress.

After the test does the ecas status remain “in process” ? I thought I might show me an update about the invite received.. wonder if they are not bothered updating any details between the test and (in process) and DM ?

Relax. There is no ECAS update for online test/interview/oath invitation. It would not change to DM until they confirm the test result and verify all of your information in your application - this may take a while, which can range from 7 days to even 3-4 months. You may get an interview request, you may go straight to DM (seems unlikely for Scarborough). What you can do is to be patient. Even I submitted urgent processing request I still waited for almost a month to get something from them. Relax, everything is in order.

I did interview on 23 Feb and 2nd FP results were received by IRCC last week. It changed to Decision Made yesterday. So took 4 working days (I.e. from receipt of 2nd FP results) to get to Decision Made.

Yes I did ...submitted webform and another app to request for up but they cancelled the 2nd app after I confirmed they focus on this one.

Not sure if anyone posted this but, IRCC's website is update today (March 24) regarding their processing timeline.

If you HAVE NOT received your AOR: - They are now sending AORs to applications on the Week of January 21, 2021.
If you HAVE received your AOR: "We are currently finalizing most applications received between Mar 31, 2019 to April 6, 2019"
