hi Do you have idea that after criminality pass how long they will take to issue PR. is background will be check after criminality pass. pls share timeline with me if you will get any news in PR progress plz
Background check is actually your criminality and security check means your PCs from your home country and the countries you have been to more then 6 months and security is bigger terms like cbi sca cbsa etc there computer means major crime against humanity etc

Rcmp report with fingerprints Aug 2019
Divorce certificate as I notified separation and remove my spouse so I gave them statement of claim as divorce was processed Aug 2019 and gave them my upfront medical in august too
Gcms notes order Sept 2019 says first two recieved but file held on BF shelf for final divorce or provide same from spouse or give divorce certificate either.
another ADR request came for final divorce certificate from CIC dec 2019 couple of months ago I got my divorce certificate in dec and gave them straight away.in dec.13 2019 and order gcms notes in jan 10th and in one month file started moving spouse removed and notes say eligibility passed, criminality passed no concerns no A36/38 concern evident. no new or adverse info about Principal applicant.

Thankyou very much for reply but I have one question if you have some knowledge, I want to know that experience letters , education, travel history and all are also consider in background check and it will be check before or after criminality check.

education work experience jobs and future intended work job offers etc all these things comes under eligibility
Any thing to do with travel PCs certs etc comes under criminality security is usually even major crime against humanity that involve even if you had military back ground or history etc

thankyou for reply but my concern that eligibility will be checked before criminality or after. and if criminality is passed than CIC is taking time for what. actually I am linked with my husband PR and both are together waiting for PR. his file is 100 percent complete and he checked with MP and MP said to him that his file is complete only working on my file. and I have already passed medical and criminality, so I dont have clue how much time they will time I am May 05 2019 Applicant and my husband Feb, 2018.
Order gcms notes you will have better idea could be eligibility passed or you are under security screening might be taking time best way to know is order gcms
Did you get pre arrival letter if you did that means eligibility passed if not then both security and eligibility still under review you will know the exact status by gcms notes wats your time line any way ??
