Dude qq, does your company provide any benefit in terms of 'business mileage' for use of car to commute? If they do how does that work?

In that case I think what @tobs suggests is a good option. Land in Alberta where medical coverage is immediate. Also, I don't think your eligibility will be reassessed when you add baby. I'm not certain.

But I think @legalfalcon can help clarify whether eligibility is reassessed when a new born is added to the application after PPR has already been received.
I am in Alberta (Edmonton). You get your health card instantly. It took 3 days to be mailed to my address. I recommend you have your child in Canada.
