Did you get an email from them to tell you to submit PCCs?? and you just replied to them?
I never got any email but only found the request in IRCC website

Now the status looks like this (please compare with yours)

Hi yalgar, see my status.I received an email to check my IRCC account. And in the account I did receive the Request letter asking for PCC & RPRF fees receipt. Submitted both documents and also received acknowledgement from IRCC for receipt of RPRF payment.

Never received direct mail from them. only found requests for PCC in "Messages about your application" in IRCC
Thats why doesnt know which email to reply to

Did you receive the msg. update to upload PCC only AFTER you submitted the PCC by email? That's what I understood from your previous message. I wonder whether I should upload PCC in advance, since I didn't yet get the request from them (just checked MyCIC). Thanks!

You are correct vsoftco. I sent them PCC before I received the request in my IRCC account. But correction is - I sent an e-mail with PCC attached, not uploaded. Because you won't be able to upload it until IRCC opens that option for you in your account.

And as soon as I received the request, i checked that option to upload my PCC was open, So I uploaded it as well. Double submission.

Pls note, we cant be sure that sending PCC in advance would always initiate processing. In my case it did and may be because it was due.

I never got any email.. but did see requests for only 3 docs in the IRCC file
1. PCCs for both
2. Resume for principal applicant

I also saw them in the view submitted application section of IRCC and hence submitted it there
Now do not know if thats enough. Anyone else who have submitted the docs on IRCC site?

Did the documents requested in email matched those that were asked to be uploaded in the site?
I noticed that requested documents are different for everyone with exception of PCC

I have received the Sponsorship Approval e-mail today.

2nd Round of 2017
Application Submitted: 7th Nov 2017
AOR: 21st Dec 2017
SA: 23rd March 2017
LVO: CPC - Ottawa

In the SA e-mail today they stated that based on my relative's address they have forwarded to Ottawa office. But i thought my application will go to Singapore as its from Bangladesh. Also from this forum hearing a lot of negative comments on the CPC - Ottawa on the delay in processing. Does anyone know how long they are taking to process these application. Anyone received for PCC and Medical Yet.

Hi there, I also applied for my parents during the second round of 2017. I just got the sponsorship approval today (June 27,2018) . As my parents are from Bangladesh also their file has been transferred to Singapore visa office. Do u know how long it normally takes to get medical requests?

- Police certificates from India for you and your spouse.
- Payment of the $980.00 ($490.00 x 2) Right of Permanent Residence Fees.
Your Sponsor can pay the RPRF online by visiting: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/order.do?category=8 ​

Please attach a copy of the receipt to your reply to this e-mail and send a copy of the receipt to the following email address: CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca ​

Please attach the documents to your reply to this e-mail and put your application number in the title.
The above mentioned documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this letter.

Please note:
