Ok glad you figured it outit not about medical since my medical it say i already passed. its coz of i wrongly enter the wrong date just the year of the common law start..

no they didnt transfer my application for further assessment they just sent me that letter that they have issues wth my elligibility . i sent them a case specific inquiry online and explain my side and provide some documents. im hoping they will consider it and have a good news or result. i hopethey will not just denied coz of it..Ohhhhh! That. Did they transfer your application for further assessment before issuing the procedural fairness? I think if they have issues with your eligibility for inland application, they would rather call for clarification or request additional information. And if they can’t get through with the clarification, they will request for an interview.

no i didnt get any SA. that letter i recieve thats the only letter i got after i passed my medical exam..did u receive SA befoee getting procedural fairness?
