The only thing I provided to them was six months downloaded online statements and I was successful.
Damn, that seems so lenient compared to some of the other posts I've seen! A lot of people saying that they wouldn't accept online statements. None of my statements have the full amount number either because of their account number policy, though.

Mostly I'm just super stressed about not making any mistakes because I really don't wanna mess up.

Can you get a hold of a special assistance with your bank? I had to get a letter from Ally and it was from someone called an "executive resolutions specialist." I didn't actually talk to anyone but the first person who picked up when I called so their routine must have been for a special request like mine to get forwarded to them. Anyway, the letter included the full account number and even a real signature like I requested. If they have that, I would hope BOA would too. If they don't, I doubt this breaks your case though. If I were you and couldn't get a full account number I'd probably add a screenshot of their online banking or include a statement with the full number showing in my pdf and throw a blurb about it into the LOE.

I actually just discovered (ha-- the bank is Discover) that my statements DO have my account number on them, I'm just unobservant and was looking in all the wrong places, so I'll be including the 2 most recent statements (3 months each) in my application and mentioning it in my LOE.

Don't mind me, everyone, I'm just having my regular pre-submission freakout. :)

Hey Guys,

How did you guys handle letter of employment when you moved onshore?

I have been working with same company for over 6 years but 2 of those years are in US. I think i have to make two separate entries in work experience.

One for india and one for US. Does the same letter of employment work for both the entries?

Both? I don't know. This is what the requirement for the letter says:

Someone told me today that it doesn't matter if all the digits are there as long as the account is identified by at least some numbers and the rest of the information asked for is there. I've seen that some people with Bank of America have had this same issue-- the bank only issues information using the last 4 digits of the account-- but I haven't been able to track anyone down to figure out if they had success with a letter providing just the last 4 digits.
Do we have to provide if we have a credit card debt? i Mean i use a credit card but i have no debt?

How to explain that?

If you have a credit card with your banking institution (ex: both a Chase credit card and Chase bank account), you should probably ask them to include that information in their letter, since it is mentioned in the requirements. Otherwise, I don't think it really matters if you mention some unrelated credit card if you have no debt.

I had a few of those! It'll get better. I do recommend keeping records of everything you submit so if you have post-submission freakouts you can look back and see what you actually gave them. It's also been handy having all of my PDFs and the images files that went into them since then for a few things that have come up, plus for answering questions here (like looking up the title of who signed my Ally letter).

Oh my god I have a whole system set up with a folder for each subsection of the application and pdfs of every document going into the application, supplemental information, receipts, etc.... I'm sure my boyfriend is sick of me asking him to look over my docs by now, but he's much more go-with-the-flow than I am, haha.

Thank you for your support!

Guys in North America. The only thing you need to provide is six months most previous bank statement. I know they say to mention credit card debt and other debt but it is not needed. I have a mortgage and multiple credit debt which are all paid from the account I submitted to show proof of funds and I had no issue. Save yourself the trouble and stress.

I just submitted my application and made payment via Wells Fargo account but the transaction got declined and now I cannot see any option under the Action Tab of Permanent Residency Application type.

Is this a technical gliche or I just lost my invitation. Please help me

I can't see any payment screen. Where I can get that screen ??

Below are the options on the main page under PR

Application type || Date created || Days left to submit || Date last saved || Action

Action tab under which there were options to either continue application or decline invitation is blank so I cannot do anything. Guess I need to wait for sometime. :(

It is submitted! Now to spend the next 3 weeks worrying that I screwed up entirely.

Related to my previous posts today, I actually tweeted IRCC about the last-4 issue and they said it wasn't a problem at all as long as the account is under my name. Can't get any clearer than that.

Hey guys, any of you still waiting and your medical is close to expiration? I submitted all my docs in February of this year but I did my medical in june of last year and I dont think my application is going to be done in time. Anyone else dealt with this before?
