I have a friend living in Toronto who's been IP for almost 3 months now (85 days), without hearing anything. No FP request, no nothing...
Is it that GTA offices are super busy and slow? or is there something like PR's background check happening there?

Yes. I got test invite after almost 2.5 - 3 months since IP. No FP or RQ request so far ... thankfully.
A lot of people who also are IP since around the same time as me, are still waiting for their test invites.

Hello, I have the same situation but my travel is end of June to early July. Can I tell them when I go for the interview? If everything goes well, I am estimating the test/interview will be in April.
