The approval email comes 24 to 48hrs after the online approval. Be sure to check your account online

We applied together (PGWP and spouse's Open Work Permit). We didn't have the pay stubs, so we added last week through webform.

Applied on July 6th
Submitted on July 8th
Approved on September 27th

For outside Canada work permits, there's very little you can do but wait it out. Sorry
