Though, I submitted some additional documents in September 2016. Not sure whether that's the cause for the drag.

Hello guys,

I'm Jan 11, 2016 inland applicant.

Medical done and passed Jan 2017. My bc was in process prior to that.

Nothing has changed on my process. I honestly don't know what to expect anymore.

There is no movement for applications that were sent to security screening and it doesn't matter which stream EE, PNP, or spousal sponsorship. CSIS completed the security but CBSA or CIC for a reason, are not working on these applicants anymore. I don't think CBSA backlog is a reason because I have known many people with completed CSIS assessment in 2016 that are still waiting. Many 2015 applicants including myself still waiting without any answer. CBSA is not responding to ATIP or questions regarding security and we just know that CSIS completed their part. No idea what's going on!!
