If I receive nomination for me. I have submitted my wife's passport which was made before marriage. I got married recently July 15.

So if I apply for PR do I have to apply with her same passport? Or I can change the passport making my wife's new passport so that it indicates husband name or marital status etc?

Or it is not worth the hassle to make a new passport and justify 2 different passports presented to Oinp and CIC?

Also note that she holds IELTS with the old passport she has now.

Please advise. Thank you.

Yes, they do ask in DIP as well. I was asked for bank statement in DIP.

It is up to you if you want to change the Marital status or add husband name in Passport, it is not really required. You have to provide your marriage certificate for proof of your marriage.

Initially I had only submitted a summary of my total balance. I thought that would be enough. Even it was not asked in Assessment. In DIP they asked for 6 month statement. I replied back with a letter from the bank.

I personally do not know how to cancel evaluation for WES. You could email or call WES how you can cancel it. It will not affect the EE profile as long as you enter the correct Canadian equivalent of the degree.

Applicants to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program’s (OINP) Human Capital Priorities Stream or French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream are required to submit a copy of their Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report. You provided a copy of an ECA report from the World Education Service (WES).



In order to verify the results of your ECA report, we require you to authorize WES to share your ECA results with OINP. OINP requires this authorization to complete the assessment of your application. Please note that your application has not been deemed incomplete but failure to comply with this request can result in the denial of your nominee application.
To authorize WES to share the results of your ECA report you must order a duplicate of your ECA report at: https://www.wes.org/ca/apply/ xcopycic.asp. You must also ensure that “Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT” is indicated as the recipient of the report.



If you have any specific questions about how to provide authorization to share your ECA results with OINP, please contact WES directly.



Please respond to this request within 15 calendar days to ensure no further delay to your application.





BUT I DID THE CREDENTIAL ASSESSMENT IN 2014....and i donot remember the useraccount or email for my WES account.....HOW CAN I PLACE ORDER FOR DUPLICATE ECA REPORT??????

I have applied for OINP on 3rd august,2017. i had uploaded last 6 months of pay slips along with bank statement. i am working since last 3 years in the same institute. Is it necessary to upload pay slips for last 3 years?

It is not mandatory to upload payslips...however it is always preferable to submit them as it is the best proof for ur experience.

Nothing to worry brother, Just go wes.org login with your existing credentials and order duplicate report to Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT

You may ask wes.org as well for the same. WES will charge you around 35$ for this

you wrote a long post for a simple question that people lost track of the problem.

you lost the login user and password, what can you do in this case ? i assume that is your problem.

i suggest you contact WES help line or email and reference your certificate number, passport copy to prove identity, and they might help you retrieve you log in details ( credentials ) .. you have only 14 days so dont waste any time.

I hope you might have some information about it....is there any way to get the diplicate ECA by telling my reference number only to WES....because i dont have any of my passwords with me...

Or it would be really appreciated to know about any other option to get the duplicates.

Don't you even have email id? Do you keep changing email id's too? You need to login to their site to order a duplicate report. It will cost $75.
