Hello Guys

I am recently graduated. Can I work right after my graduation before applying the Post graduation work permit or I have to apply first, then I can work in the mean time?

Can I apply AINP unders SRS stream as I graduated from Alberta College without work permit , just with a receipt so I can be in the queue or I need to have OWP to apply in AINP as I am eligibile for OWP under CIC rules after graduation. Can someone please shed some light on it please?

Thanks
You can work after you finish your studies. But to apply for AINP you will need PGWP in hand.

hi I have recently completed my studies in Toronto and planning to move to Alberta..
how many hours I require to apply for ainp?how much fund I need to show in bank account?and is it reliable to be dependable on ainp as they had backlogs in 2015-2016?..Kindly share some information..
Thank you
I'm not sure about the first 2 questions.
I applied for AINP more than a year ago, I studied in AB however. It took me just more than 3.5 months I remember to receive the nomination. Back then they had a big backlog from 2015 too, they closed the application for few months to clear up. As soon as they reopened, I applied. 3.5 months for me is reasonable. But if I were you, just go for Express Entry. I'm waiting for PR at CIC stage ( the stage you go for after you get the nomination), and it's definitely frustrating. Express Entry is a lot faster.

It could be 6411 Sales and account representatives – wholesale trade (non-technical) . They are employed by establishments that produce or provide goods and services such as petroleum companies, food, beverage and tobacco producers, clothing manufacturers, motor vehicles and parts manufacturers, hotels, business services firms, and transportation companies.
Just follow the description, if possible, ask your employer to write a reference letter based on the description, let your employer/HR know it's only for immigration purposes, so they'd write for you as close as the NOC description. The more straightforward your job described by the employer, the easier for them to evaluate and for you to get the nomination. just my thought :) good luck.

Thanks for your reply.
Want to clarify 6411 is non technical sales, but mine is all related to technicals sales call and processing, so it was pretty confusing, I asked my employer to amend the responsibilities a bit according to 6221 but wanted some insight from other people too

And moreover why would you cut and copy paste the section from website and exclude the part where it says selling non technical stuff

hi everyone!
I am really in difficult situation...So I received a call from AINP as well as my employer however no answer after that (they didn't say yes or no), i called they said: under review.
The thing is I have new job offer and wanna start working in new company. But I can't do until I got nomination. I don't know how long my NEW employer can wait....
I applied under SRS Post grad criteria.
My question is can I change job after I was nominated? How long I should wait to change job after I was nominated?
I am not nominated but I am scared to change job if I would be.
Also, does anybody knows if an employer receive 2 or 3 phone calls from AINP? I am so desperate I was even thinking to quit my job and start new and just hope that they not gonna contact my CURRENT employer again. The situation is crazy and I don't know what to do...:(((((
if anybody has an advise please share...i am soo frustrated now
