Hi All,

I have received my PPR mail on July 10th:

Here's my timeline:
FSW - Outland
AOR : 5th Apr
Meds: 8th June
IP1: 19th June
NA: 23rd June
IP2: 8th July
PPR: 10th July

I have few questions for the experts here,
1) Only i have received the PPR mail, my spouse and my son haven't received theirs? I am the primary applicant, so shouldn't we get the PPR mail all together at once?
2) How long does it take to get the PPR mails for the dependents?
3) Would the expiry date of the visa remain the same for all three of us?
4) We had our meds done on Nov last year, so would the expiry date be this november or my consultant says it is usually 9 months from the AOR. Which is true?

Kindly help with your suggestions!

Thanks in advance!
Hi dear,
Firstly congratulations for your PPR.

1) Only PA receives an email for PPR. So, don't wait for other dependents to receive their own separate PPRs. They are called dependents in the first place.

2) Out of question.

3) The expiry of PR visa is 'One year from the date of medicals done or the expiry date of the passports, whichever comes earlier'.

4) Your visa expiry date will be in November only, regardless of your AOR date.
I really feel pity for your consultant's knowledge!

Hi guys,
Quick question. Cic is asking to submit paystus. Is it ok to submit payslips without sign and stamp.

Thanks!
I had submitted my pay stubs for two of different employers. The pay stubs for one of the above two didn't have any stamps or sign on them.
IMO, if your pay stubs look legitimate and not fishy, then you are good to go for them without having stamps on them. My pay stubs had all the information of my employers with contact numbers on them, so there were no chance they find them fishy. It worked for me.

However, I strongly suggest to attach as many proofs of your employment & income as possible. You should attach these for employment records:
- Work experience letter
- job description letter
- Pay stubs
- Income tax certificate from IT department (Such as Form 16 in India, B4 in Canada, etc.)

Hope it helps.

Sorry to bug, but one more question, is the medical date that you are referring to - the "Visit Date" or "the Date of Issue" in the meds report? I am thinking it is the visit date. Am i correct?

I don't know.. I saw it stated a date that 3 days after. What about your cause of review required?
I dont know I ordered GCMS notes and still waiting. All I know is agent told me this on phone and trust me its nerve wracking. M more stressed and I am not even sure why did this happen. My file was moving smoothly and they never asked for any additional docs.

In majority of cases, clinics don't provide the candidates with the reports of medicals.
So, it's the 'Visit date' which is correct in the case.

That is to say, if your medicals acknowledgement receipt shows visit date as 5th Nov, 2016, then your PR visa is valid up to 4th Nov, 2017.
You must land by that date.

You (PA) can land with or without your dependants. But, in no case, dependants can land before PA.

My Timeline is somehow similar to yours. I'm still at IP1 since Med Pass.

Stream CEC
AOR 21st APR
Med Passed & IP1 12th May
Next when ??????

As per GCMS notes generated on 7th July, they only reviewed Education documents so far and since 25h May no activity on my application. Its very frustrating.
