On which date IELTS exam you appeared and which country?

I am not sure if there's any provision of 're-evaluation'

Hi everyone. I got my IELTS GT results today. L9 R9 W7.5 S8.
On my first attempt in the academic module I had scored L8 R8 W7.5 S7.
I need 8 in all the modules. Should I go for revaluation or should I just resit the exam. Please help.

Hi guys,

I got my results today after my 2nd attempt and I´m furious, the first time I took the test in May my results were L/R/W/S (7/8/8/8).

I took the test again in June trying to improve my Listening score and my new results are these: L/R/W/S (8.5/8/6.5/8). How can it be possible than they have marked my Writing as 6.5 when last month they gave me an 8?

This time I even wrote more words and had more time to spend in the Writing section.

I need a 7. Should I go for revaluation?

Go for it. Most of the people who opted in for IELTS re-mark had positive results. But it's a long wait 8-6 weeks if you can handle it, plus there's re-marking fees $ 176 (This is how IELTS makes money, they give you 0.5 extra point for your extra cash)

I doubt your mark would go down, worst case scenario is your mark would stay the same.

Best of luck
