I agree, and I felt the same too. However, I was trying to kill two birds with one stone. I will be on an official visit, but can extend the visit for an extra one day to get my medicals done. And, this is in the spirit of our planned party at Yukon in March/April 2018, hence landing before the event.

I am visiting for work, but can spare an extra day for the medicals. Hey, can you suggest some good Hyderabadi Joints, as I'm interested in Mughlai Dishes including Mutton Biryani.

For food options there are too many places to list. Try Four Seasons restaurant @ Toli Chowki. Or Spice 6 in Banjara Hills road 1. Or you can join FB page - Foodies in Hyderabad - Reloaded. That will give you a lot of options.
Good luck and have fun.

Thanks for the information, and the directions. I booked appointment online at CMM, and they responded with a detailed email and allotted 30th June for my medicals. As you stated, they require a copy of my ITA. I am sure they will waive that off, if I mention that I intend to do upfront medicals.
Any idea what the cost would be?

I have a desktop notification app that notify me whenever there is a change in slected page. It was a minor change they have changed wording from Canada Immigration and Citizen to We.

But still it indicates they are doing something with this page before next draw.
Thank you for this. Small pieces of information like this one feed our fire which emits Beams of Hope! :)

Keep the faith. Draw coming soon!!!

Edit: Yes beams.... Not rays... Beams!!!!!!

eventually you are going to upload the consolidated PDF of all your documents for e-APR. Besides IRCC can validate the ECA report using the ECA number on your soft copy. So I think, the soft copy is all you need.
The soft copy has the disclaimer anyway: This WES ECA report is intended for use in connection with a CIC immigration application. CIC will verify the report against an electronic copy from WES. Your WES ECA report will be voided and not accepted by CIC if it is found to be altered or modified in any way. :D

You might want to visit 'Toli Chowki' (Its a place in Hyderabad), It's like one stop store for Food. You will have many options there such as Pista House(Famous for Biryani and Haleem), Ice and Spice (Best Shawarma i have had till now), Shah Ghouse (Kebabs and Biryani) and many more authentic middle eastern food joints. Based on your appetite and Ambience taste card you can take a call.

Correct, there is actually no request for the WES and IELTS certificates at all. Its just good practice to upload them with the academic document. They verify using the reference numbers. So the soft copy of ECA will do.

I know what you mean. But I've a different perspective - I believe I'm doing this at the right time in my life.

Agreed that I got very less points for age but I've had time to earn a Masters degree and age and experience have given me a very good command over language - I scored CLB10 in IELTS in the first attempt.

Last but not the least, I don't have to worry about asking my relatives for money because I've sufficient funds, thanks to more than a decade of slogging away at temporary, freelance and permanent jobs.

The point of this rather long post is that there's no right or wrong time to make positive changes in our life.

Good luck.
Well said WM.

Sometimes i feel so too but honestly ur post has come to encourage me and put some light and hope in my spirit. Welldone

In the new updated profile, there's no option to enter the Wes? Also I have a query about the funds. I am married and I have a kid. Which means family members would be 3 and the fund would be 19,000 Canadian dollars right?

Hello Guys,

I just now joined this forum, I have couple of questions.
I have a bachelors degree in pharmacy and a masters degree in chemisty from India and US respectively.
I recently gave IELTS and score is R-8.5 L-8.0 S-7.5 W-6.5.
I worked 1 year as an analytical chemist after that
and worked 2 yrs as DBA.
My CRS points are calculated as just 400 as there is no provision to chose 3 yrs of experience with mutliple NOCs.
what are my other chances of enhancing CRS scores ??

I truly wish I could say but I'm no genie. However with a CRS of 400, you also have ability to obtain a PNP. Look into that as well. But I do feel as though, this liberal party is truly more considerate of an individuals aspirations to reside and grow in Canada.
