Hi can anyone share your views about risk associated with changing job with same employer but with different NOC( lower category then before) while PR is in process under SINP student category. Also if anyone know the NOC for finance assistant position.

Given that your employment is restricted, you must stay with the same employer and position that you got your nomination based on. But I could be wrong. It all depends on SINP.....

If i were you, i would not worry as long as i am working for the same employer.

Medical passed (i did not get email or anything, i just randomly checked myCIC) May 19, 2017

the biggest difference between Med Request and Upfront medical (for example for Express entry) is that when medical request CIC gives IME number to you while in upfront medical exam number is given by doctor
