Hi,

Query regrading proof of work experience - I have reference letters for all my past and present work ex in required format. Do I need to attach all the pay stubs/slips and tax documents(form-16 and W2) also?

The employment is like 8 years ago and I dont have any pay slips for the same now and it was tax free (was in oman). So, can I just get a letter from my collegaue who can declare that to be true and attach? Does it need to be notarized one?

yes, a letter from a colleague would be fine and it does not have to be notarized.

Also, I need to submit 3 PCC's, from 3 different countries. Is there a problem in having the picture different in them?

Hi legalfalcon could you please see my timeline?It is running 10 months now since I had submitted my eAPR.
Last week I called to cic and the agent told me my file is going well and everything is met and passed the only one thing security check is pending,do you have any idea when it would be completed?i ordered gcms notes three times but second and third are similar so I stopped to order another notes.
Is there any chance for rejection?

Thanks for the reply.. I read in the forum threads many people saying need to submit all the pages, including blank pages. so wanted to clarify.

If I have an expired passport, I need to submit biological pages of that as well ???

I have another query on Police Clearance Certificate. I have visited UAE for some time earlier, as my parents were staying there. It was not continuous visit. But in total I have visited UAE for like 7 months. All was on visit visa and more than 10 years ago. Do I still need to apply for Police Clearance Certificate from UAE??

i have a question its not exactly about my application, let me know if you can guide me on this.
i ordered gcms note past week, when i was proceeded to payment page i put my card details and clicked on transmit payment, but an error appeared on my screen , i was not sure whether the order was completed or not and after waiting 1 hour i ordered notes again this time it was sucessful and i got a confirmation email too.
but today i checked and found that my creditcard was charged twice, but i got confirmation only once

Where did you apply it from? From the Canadian website or from a third party like Get GCMS or Visa File

s16 states:

Law enforcement and investigations

16 (1) The head of a government institution may refuse to disclose any record requested under this Act that contains

(a) information obtained or prepared by any government institution, or part of any government institution, that is an investigative body specified in the regulations in the course of lawful investigations pertaining to

(i) the detection, prevention or suppression of crime,

(ii) the enforcement of any law of Canada or a province, or

(iii) activities suspected of constituting threats to the security of Canada within the meaning of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act,

It usually is seen when IRCC requests information from another government, asks its own agency to investigation in a part of your application, or even a show note from CSIS. If your application is all good and you have disclosed everything, there is nothing to worry, a lot of people have this, but is just an investigation and file is cleared.
