Need help Please anyone. I received Procedural Fairness Request from OINP

The reason because I applied after 2 years of my graduation. My employer applied with in the two years period (May 2015) with the hope that they will reply soon and then I can apply but that wasn't the case. I graduated in June 2013 but application they received was in Sep 2015

My work permit expires in the end of June.

I am so disappointed. First my CIC application got refused in 2014 because of the deactivated Credit Card and now this.

I am thinking to write them a letter with the explanation. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Contact your local MP and may be you need to get some professional help from lawyer in regards to the letter.

Thanks. Yeah will do that as I already spoke to them last week for the delay in the application. My employer also contacted lawyer.

Can you give exact timeline for your pre screening application and PNP application. What is graduation date return on your college transcript ?

5 months of waiting and still no acknowledgement letter



I submitted my application under master streams on NOV 10th. and I have just heard the same reply over and over again

Our records indicate that your application was received by the OINP on November 10, 2015 and is currently pending a completion check. (

Any one from NOV applicants ( Masters stream) got AOR in March?

Can you give exact timeline for your pre screening application and PNP application. What is graduation date return on your college transcript ?

Graduated in June 2013
Employer Applied in May 2015 for Pre Screening
Employer Got Approved in November 2015.
Submitted application few days after approval in November.
Got Email last week.

If that is case, than it should be fine. Y did you got fairness letter ?. Did you add any explanation letter stating, i applied pre screening within 2 years of graduation, but it took time and got after my 2 year of graduation. Delay was from there side, you should be fine.

*I have only one doubt, they might say it takes 3 months to process pre screening and you applied almost end of your two year of graduation. That can only be issue, you should appeal back.

I spoke to my HR they received the AOR on May 22nd for the Employer Pre Screening application. We will attach that Plus I will add an explanation letter like you guys suggested.

Talking about the delay was on their side as I applied with in the two years of period.
I will also mention that it's been more than 2 years I am working for this company and almost 6 years living in Ontario and paying taxes. Should I add anything else in the letter.

Everything is fine, just give proper details on your pre screening date, Graduation date and all. Say i applied within 2 year and all. Rest will be fine.

Hello all,

I just wanted to share the details of my PNP Application

Employer applied for Pre Screening in August 2015
Submitted PNP Application: 11 September 2015
Acknowledgement Received: 15 September 2015
Nomination: Waiting

I had applied for my visitor visa extension in August 2014, received cic response in January stating they have rejected my application for the extension. I left Canada 3rd Feb 2016. Before i left i sent out an email to PNP office, they responded stating my application was in the final stages of processing. After that i sent out an email in 2nd March and also on 4th April, they replied saying "application still pending review" both times. I dont understand how can their emails be so contradicting from what they said in Feb.

Also since i am not in the country, I do not know what to do.

Can anyone advice what should be done in this scenario.

Guys I need expert opinion regarding my case.

I came to Toronto in Aug 2014 on student visa and applied in Oct 2014 for the dependent visa of my two kids. However, they got rejection.
In June 2015, I applied for my husband’s TRV which was turned down due to two reasons; 1) ties with home country 2) in sufficient finance (he showed liquid assets of approx.: CAD 45,000).

In meanwhile I have already applied for PNP and waiting for decision. My convocation is in JUNE 2016 and wants to call my family to attend. I wonder should I apply only for husband TRV or for all three (2 kids and my husband) together. Currently dependent visa is taking almost 10 months. Is there any other way I can invite them to join me?
