Application Status Tracker - Biometrics in progress

Hi.

I have applied through an agency so I did not have access to my GCKey account. But today I noticed that there’s an application status tracker for study permit (not sure if it’s new or it’s always been there). So I registered and tracked my application and it says biometrics in progress
medical exam not started
BV not started
eligibility not started
i submitted my biometrics on 2nd of march.

What does this mean? Does it mean they haven’t received my biometrics?

hey, I submitted on 3.1 and received BVL on 3.20. On ircc newly introduced tool, application status tracker, I can find my visa number and expiry date. Those who don't have BVL cannt see visa number and expiry date (It says not available yet on the same page). You can check my post yesterday, which have screenshots. If you can find similar information, may be we both already got opr, just need to wait for a few days.

You should check your GCKey account. Maybe you have got PPR there. I think this tool may be broken. What does it say for you in the activities tab? A bit worried about mine. Not sure if it means my biometrics haven’t been received or not.

That is weird. I think if you can access your GCKey, you should stick to that. The new tool seems problematic. Hopefully you will get your PPR soon. On the new tracker tool, does it say your biometrics are completed or does it also say in progress for you?

biometrics in process. For those who already got ppr, it also says biometrics in process.

Can you share the link to create an account? All I can find was only tracker for permanent residency, not SP. Thanks.
