TRV From Inside Canada - Normal Processing Time Has Passed

Hoping for more updates this week. Particularly PPRs and Counterfoil generations.
Hello people,
My pgwp was approved on 25 nov 2022.
But i have not received it in the mail yet.
It has been over six weeks time frame that IRCC tells.
I need to apply trv as i am travelling to india in March.
I am seeking help regarding whom should i contact aside from the phone number that they never answer. I filled out a webform but only god knows when they'll reply to that.
Any leads would be much appreciated.

Hi, you can apply for TRV with a screenshot of your approval letter as mentioned on the IRCC website: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/apply-new-temporary-resident-visa-within-canada.html
Yes you can. I applied with screenshot and then updated my application via webform when I got my hardcopy. It all worked for me as I got PPR two weeks ago. Currently waiting to get back my passport.
Hi download the PGWP PDF approval letter sent to your GC Key account and use it to apply for the TRV.
If you have moved from the precious location you lived when you applied for the PGWP and didn't notify IRCC, they will send your PGWP there. Also, it takes anywhere beyond 7 days to get a response from IRCC regarding webform.
Does anyone know what current timelines are looking like to have Ottawa mail back passports? online states it will be mailed in 14 calendar days and we are now beyond that and spouse needs his passport to leave country for a parents funeral. Our timeline so far,
NOV 25, 2022 - TRV applied from within canada - applicant has WP.
DEC 16, 2022 - approval email and ppr (we did have our local MP office, see if they could expediate the visa with copy of death certificate for my spouse to return home to. bury his mother, which was sent on Dec 15.)
DEC 17, 2022 - passport mailed
DEC 20, 2022 - passport received in Ottawa
no updates. we have submitted a webform as online it does say if you need your passport urgently and it is in their possession, that you can call or send webform...calling the 1-800 number is getting no where as after entering all info it states they have a high call volume and can't transfer our call and tells us to try back later and hangs up.

You may get Counterfoil generated today(Based on other applicants processing time), once generated they are taking atleast a week to despatch it back + courier transit time depends on your location.
Best time to call IRCC is 7:50-7:55 AM EST, otherwise you have to try until you get connected. Try to send message in twitter they may contact one to one(Give a try)

A week to dispatch? I'm in Ottawa and got my counterfoil generated on the 6th. My flight is on the 14th. Anyway to expedite????
