I've had a police certificate requested despite not needing one according to their requirements (I was in another country when I was less than 18 years old). Does anyone know what to do? do I tell them I don't need one according to their specifications?

You could try that. I just got my AOR and I don't know if I might be getting the police certificate request too.

But, here is what I did in my online app, in the textbox provided I cited the relevant section and example and linked to the Citizenship Guide.

I remember during my PR application, I had to write a letter of explanation for not being able to get experience letters from some employers but whatever I submitted was over and above their 3 year requirement for getting maximum points. I am hoping by citing their process they will understand and proceed to next steps. Good luck to you!

I haven’t been able to register yet. I still get the “Incorrect UCI or application number. Please try again.” I’m hoping it will update soon and I can register.

Same here. I received my AOR today and thought maybe I need to wait a while for some systems to sync. Did y'all try creating an account with some time between receiving the AOR?

Was this period during your 5 year eligibility period??

You could try that. I just got my AOR and I don't know if I might be getting the police certificate request too.

Oh thank you. In retrospect, I should've done that while filling the application out. I've been trying to call them to maybe get the request off file because it's a hassle, hope it works out.

Yes and I was in india for over 183 days but I turned 18 in Canada and haven't left since, so it doesn't really apply to me.
