It doesn't work for a large number of folks. People often correlate this progress with getting P1, when P1 was going to come on that date regardless of this email.

If Medical is marked completed on GCKey, I'd not care about the status on PR tracker. We rely on PR tracker for things other than medical or biometrics - it isn't the most accurate for those two.
