YUKON PNP QUESTIONS - ANY FELLOW YUKON PNP NOMINEE HERE?

I am interested in getting a semi skilled job in the Yukon so i would like to know more about Yukon and the PNP program there. Someone told me employers do not need to pay or apply for LMIA/LMO to bring a worker over to Yukon , Canada . He said the employer can actually apply for PNP on my behalf even while i am outside Canada . Please can anyone tell me more about this?
