List all trips have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years.

I am in my home country now. should I include the two years work experience in Canada here?
Or I can consider Canada as my country of residence by that time (even though I am no longer there?)

I lived in the UK for 4 years before moving to Canada. So, can I consider UK as my country of residence during that 4 years? Or I should list all the trips to the UK too? If so, it will be a lot of trips.

I can't call CIO in my home country, please help me.

based on your question, it seems you are living in your home country now, so you should list both UK & Canada and also any other countries travelled
