We got PPR (ready for visa mail) in November when our application was 81% complete. We sent our passports. On 25th of December it was on 100% on it say our application is taking more than usual to process. By 27th January, it will 2 months that we sent our passports. Please what could be the problem? We have ordered gcms notes since October, 2020, no response yet.
