I have the young professional visa and I have an offer to get promoted to supervisor but my Visa says Front Desk Clerk as occupation. Is it possible to move up when it's still the same company and same department? Thanks

If it is a closed work permit then your company will require to apply for an LMIA to change your occupation to another category and then apply for a new work permit.
The restriction is written anyway in your work permit.
